All I ask is that you don't use the pattern to sell, you may sell your own creations, but it would be nice to have the pattern credited to me. :o)
I love it and can't wait to try one. Great job.
ReplyDeleteMy first thought was nice hat. My second was nice chemo hat. I'll be making a few of these. Thanks. :)
ReplyDeleteI am halfway done...with a little help from a friend, this is my first crochet project! :D
ReplyDeleteYou have the cutest kids! Enjoy them!

I love this hat! Your children are adorable, and the hats really seem to bring our their personalities! :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing your beautiful patterns. LOVE them.
I"m not much of a crocheter, but our church is trying to come up with more hats for our coat&hat drive for fall/winter. This looks wonderful and easy enough that I may be able to contribute to our effert here. Thank you so very much. I am blessed here in Ohio.
ReplyDeleteReally cute hat!
ReplyDeleteI made the hat. Love the pattern. However, according to the pic the Rows 14 & 15 look like they are made of dc, not sc as in the instructions. Please help my weary eyes.
ReplyDeleteCan some one please clarify round 4 for me?
ReplyDeleteJulie~ round 4 was a puzzle for me too. You need to ch1, do 2dc in next stitch, then 1dc and 1dc. Keep doing those stiches over and over.(2dc-1dc-1dc) I need help with round 14 and 15! I am only able to repeat the stitches 3 times, not 5, so how can I repeate it 8 times in the next row? HELP!!!
ReplyDeleteThank You this is so cute.
ReplyDeleteDeborah
I have been confused because, on most crochet patterns, when you repeat a *series of stitches*, it comes out even at the end of each round. This isn't happening for me. Is that normal?

Hi, i love this pattern so much, but i wonder what size is the hat?
ReplyDeleteThank you
Sheryn
Thanks so much for the pattern! I made one this afternoon and just love it! THANKS!
ReplyDelete:( I'm having problems starting at round 11. Can anyone help me out? I was hoping to get done with this pretty quickly but now I don't know what to do.
ReplyDeleteI have gone back and tried to clarify rnds 11 and 12, hopefully I have made it a little bit better. Sorry for any inconvenience. I love giving free patterns, but I do make mistakes... ;o)
ReplyDeleteLove your hats, but why won't the patterns print? Only get the picture page, not instructions. Had to hand write Butterfly pattern. Have to make another one with larger hook, I used a much finer yarn that turned out too small. Love Jayde hat also. How can I get the patterns to print? Email:lklaf@wowway.com. Thanks, Grandmother of 6 boys and 1 girl.
ReplyDeleteDid you try copying and pasting it to your notepad. That might help and you can print from there.
ReplyDeleteJust made this with Lambs Pride worsted and an I hook. Super easy, 2 hours and I'm done with a very cute hat. With the different yarn and smaller hook I end up with a size that just fits my 5 year old. I'm adding a band across the front to make it a bit more masculine. It's a good pattern, thanks!
ReplyDeleteI truly love this design! Thank you so much for posting. BTW - Your kids are absolutely adorable.. There are great models.. :)
ReplyDeleteI made this hat for my 6 year old daughter. She loves it! The pattern was very easy to follow and I was finished very quickly :-) Thanks for the great pattern!
ReplyDeleteI just made this hat today. What a great pattern, pretty easy to follow, and will be making more for sure! Thank you for a free, great pattern!!!!
ReplyDeleteAwesome pattern. Works up very quickly. I think it would help with those who are having problems to put in how many stitches you should have at the end of each row. Thanks for sharing. Looking forward to seeing how my G-daughter looks in it. :)
ReplyDeleteI believe that one day you will understand all this. Because most of the time we are focusing on you. Hope that a better tomorrow.

I think this pattern is really cute. I like the buttons, but know if I let my imagination roam any thing could take the place of the buttons.
ReplyDeleteThank you for the pattern. I will not sell it.
ReplyDeleteI am currently making this and it is coming out really small. My stitches are not tight but it is looking like it should be for a baby. I'm using the same size hook and yarn that you used but it looks nothing like the picture. What am I doing wrong?
ReplyDeleteI type this...but you are probably cuddling with your cute little punkin!~ I just love your peek here! I can't wait to see the whole reveal....i did notice a few sneakies you posted earlier! ;) (That was one fancy bowl 'o cereal, the other day, on the fancy new fabrics! I just knew it!) Take care!
